Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Insulation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in various environments.
Responsibilities:
- Install insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings.
- Ensure proper sealing and coverage of insulation.
- Operate and maintain insulation equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with installation or general construction preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Not afraid of heights; comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding of 16 feet or more.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
